Bob Skandalaris, author of Rebuilding the American Dream, The Evolution of the American Dream, and The Entrepreneur's Game, is an entrepreneur who has launched several public and private companies, including Quantum Ventures of Michigan, LLC, a privately held company specializing in the acquisition and development of middle-market firms, and a technology-based company that became the world's largest supplier of laser-welded blanks and structural tube parts to the automotive industry. He has also helped to establish the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
Amber Clark, co-author of The Entrepreneur’s Game and The Evolution of the American Dream, is the Managing Editor of the Entrepreneurial America blog and a regular contributor. A former reporter for Heritage Newspapers and blogger for Business Week Online, she has an MA in English from Eastern Michigan University and extensive experience as a professional writer. In addition, she also has an MBA in marketing from Michigan State University, and is an expert in entrepreneurship and new product development.
Ken Harrington, co-author of Rebuilding the American Dream, is the managing director of the Skandalaris Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University. Ken has spent over thirty years in the technology industry, founding and expanding startup businesses such as The Bayberry Group, a consulting firm focused on technology startups. Currently, he serves on numerous non-profit and early stage company advisory boards, and is active in supporting the region’s entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives.
